1 .General manager of our company, Chen Yijun, was selected as vice chief committee of Aluminum Products Committee of China Architecture Decoration Association in the 3rd Plenary Session of the 4 th Meeting.

2 .Vice general manager of our company, Zhang Jinfa, was hired as one of glazing glass professional team by Glazing Glass Professional Committee of China Architecture Glass & Industrial Glass Association.

3 .On November 14, 2003, the State Construction Ministry announced to ratify Glass Wall Project Technique Normal as standard with the number of JGJ102-2003 and cancel the former Glass Wall Project Technique Normal (JGJ102-96) meanwhile.

4.On December 4, 2003, The State Development & Reform Committee, the State Construction Ministry, the State Quality Supervisory & Test General Bureau and the State Industrial & Administrative Management General Bureau jointly enacted Rules for Architecture Safety Glass Management which was executed on January 1, 2004 to further normalize the safety glass market.

5 .At the Energy-saving Architecture Researching Meeting held in Beijing Globe Village Environment & Culture Center and at the end of February 2004, the office chief, Zhu Genli said that Beijing would execute the normal of 60 percent energy saving architecture design since July 1.

6.Beijing City Architecture Project Safety Glass Using Rules had been enacted and officially executed by Beijing Construction Committee and Beijing Design Committee. The rules have specific standards for necessary safety glass application parts of architecture projects in administrative regions and relative requirements for architecture units, design units, constructing units and check unit.

7 .The State Construction Ministry enacted the document （ 2002 ） No. 175 including Architecture Energy-saving Plan Program During Ten Five Period of Construction Ministry demanded to make 30 percent to 50 percent energy-saving in different areas and different architecture materials during Ten Five period; demanded to execute the Summer Hot & Winter Cold Areas New Housing Architecture Energy-saving Design Standard on October 1, 2001 for big or middle sized cities.

8 .Shanghai Construction & Management Committee enacted No.（ 2002 ） 691 Shanghai Ten Five Period Construction Energy-saving Complement Program, which demanded that construction energy-saving standard and policy shall be executed during construction through adopting energy-saving architecture materials appliances and equipments. Glazing glass and Low-e glass are distinctively listed in the energy-saving materials item.

4.Our toughened glass has passed EN12150-1: 2000 standard test by State Safety & Quartz Glass Test Center.

5.After our fourth period technique improvement, our company appeared flourish production and marketing at the beginning season of 2004. Our production output in March grew twice than the output in same period in last year. This year, we visibly added some items matching for the important projects of our country.

6.In April 2004, our company established Low-E glazing glass production line; imported full automatic film removing cutter from Austria to match with the glazing glass production line with Austria Company.
